We could not be more satisfied with the work that Mr Mendez Construction did for us. They did a whole new refresh to the outside of our 48 year old house (replaced rotted wood, painted the house, repaired sanded and painted metal gates, a new roof, painted the backyard deck). Jose and Aresely were a joy to work with. Their work crews were awesome! The workers showed up everyday promptly at 8am and worked a full day. And they worked hard! Jose stayed on top of the job and made sure everything ran smoothly. We loved that they all took pride in a job well done. It’s an easy 5 stars for Mr Mendez! We will definitely use them again!!

Jose and his team did a great job repairing our irrigation system after it was damaged. The main feed for the irrigation line was damaged, along with multiple sections of the irrigation lines themselves. Jose located and repaired each damaged section instead of exposing and replacing the entire section, which lowered our cost. He also reconnected the system back to the main water line, checked for leaks, and made sure the sprinkler system was functioning properly before finishing. Jose and his team were professional, on time, and kept us updated throughout the process. They gave honest recommendations after exposing the pipes, offered fair pricing, and helped us get out of a stressful situation. We really appreciate the quality work and absolutely recommend Mr. Mendez’s Construction!

They remodeled my grandma in law’s bathroom. The detail he put in his work shows. He kept in mind that 2 elderly women live there to make things accessible for them. At the end the whole family was happy and appreciative. I’m honestly glad they reached out quickly because the bathroom was an issue for her house. Super satisfied!! They also replaced the flooring in her kitchen and it looks beautiful! I would recommend this company to everyone. Arasely is friendly and professional as well :)

Jose and his team is great to work with. I have used him several times now with different projects. He rebuilt my garage when a tree fell over and destroyed it. I had him redo the sidings all around my house and now it looks like a brand new house. He does good work at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

During the last hurricane, my house sustained some roof damage which also caused water to leak in. In the following weeks, I had contacted a few contractors, getting a few estimates that were absolutely outrageous, Mr.Mendez was the last contractor I called, and I'm happy I did. After a 10 minute phone call, I had Mr.Mendez scheduled to come out in a reasonable time frame and give me an estimate. He and wife came out, looked at my roof, determined I didn't need a new roof, checked out the interior damage, and also gave me an estimate for some new gutters in the back. A week later, they came back out, fixed my roof and installed the new gutters, finished it all in a single day. If you need any work done, I can not stress enough how great it was to have Mr.Mendez work on our house. He is and his team are efficient on working and very reasonable on the pricing. There is no worries about miscommunication, his wife is very much on the ball about keeping up with updates, time tables, and ensuring that every concern was answered and communicated with Mr.Mendez and his team. Would I hire them again to work on my house? Absolutely, as soon as my insurances can figure out their shenanigans on paying me, I will have them out again to repair the interior of my house.

I’ve worked with Jose and his company on several projects….some really big (roofing and an add on to my garage) and some smaller like a gazebo and patio in my yard and have always liked his work and work ethic! His attention to detail is amazing.
